It has been a great experience dealing with Shane! The recent storms had damaged the roofing of my entertainment area and I struggled to find someone to come out and fix it because of the great height. But not Shane! Not only did he temporarily fix the roof so no more rain came in before the work was completed, but he also cleaned the affected gutters, which was greatly appreciated! I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, expert knowledge, quality of work and reliability. The new roofing let’s in so much more light and I would gladly recommend Shane.

After receiving a quick and competitive quote, we decided to go with Matrix Roofing.Shane removed all the old mortar and re-pointed the entire roof with new flexible material once the roof was completely de-mossed.Everything was cleaned up afterwards; due to the great work completed, we decided to install new poly-carbonate roofing on our tired old, damaged front pergola. Evan, Shane and Nick are the most professional workers I have ever used. Evan came and sent a quote through for our roof tiles repairs, roof painting, gutter replacements with facia covers and new downpipes. They came promptly, cleaned up after their day and did the most amazing job ever. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Awesome price, awesome job and great workers. I don't usually recommend companies because I always find something to complain about but with this Company, there was never any problems and the greatest workers I have ever met. Great company to deal with. From the quote to the completion of the job, Matrix are fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is first class. They did a wonderful job at restoring my terracotta roof to new. The roof had 20 years of built up grime, they spent basically a whole day cleaning all this from my roof. The next day they repointed the entire roof. The roof looks like new. This company is highly recommended.

The work was completed over two days, and the space under the pergola was left cleaner than when they started. Shane even fixed up the guttering for us and now we've got a super weatherproof outdoor space. Very happy.

My initial contact with Matrix back in 2016 was to satisfy an insurance requirement to repair the roof which was the cause of internal water damage on the ceiling of my family room. On rainy days I also had a constant flooding overflow from the guttering on my covered patio. After assessing the problem Evan talked me through the necessity of replacing the 40 year old guttering which was beginning to rust and was filled with silt which had built up over the years under the mesh covering. It was a messy and difficult job, but Glen the plumber took meticulous care in very adverse rainy conditions and I couldn't be happier with the result. The tilers completed the repair and tile and valley replacement on one sunny day. Communication with Evan and Shane was very courteous and professional. I certainly recommend Matrix and will use them again if/when I am ready to have the tiles sealed and painted.February 2020I called Matrix in again to remove and replace the old polycarbonate roofing material over my patio area. Again the service from Matrix was outstanding.Evan responded to my contact immediately, provided advice as to which material most suited my need for heat and glare reduction and provided a reasonable quote. The job was completed by Shane and his assistant yesterday within 3 weeks of my contact. (I chose Suntuf Opal Greca and I am very happy with the result. )
