Shane was very helpful through the initial process then completed an amazing job of replacing the pergola roof including realigning the grade for the runoff and clearing the block gutters that resulted from the old roof

He kept me up to date with dates and times and was extremely helpful when it came to deciding on the replacement colour of the polycarbonate sheeting - we chose Silver Mist. We needed something that blocked the sun and kept the temperature cooler under the pergola. He did a fabulous job from start to finish. Matrix has just completed reroofing my pergola and also replacing a number wood rot battens.
Shane dropped batterns a few days prior to installation giving me time to paint.

It has been a great experience dealing with Shane! The recent storms had damaged the roofing of my entertainment area and I struggled to find someone to come out and fix it because of the great height. But not Shane! Not only did he temporarily fix the roof so no more rain came in before the work was completed, but he also cleaned the affected gutters, which was greatly appreciated! Inquired about having Matrix Roofing complete a roof restoration through pressure cleaning the lichen moss off our terracotta roof. After receiving a quick and competitive quote, we decided to go with Matrix Roofing.
Shane removed all the old mortar and re-pointed the entire roof with new flexible material once the roof was completely de-mossed.
Everything was cleaned up afterwards; due to the great work completed, we decided to install new poly-carbonate roofing on our tired old, damaged front pergola. Again, inquired with Shane, and “No problems” was the answer.
Shane was professional, prompt, courteous and extremely easy to deal with, and now our 50-year-old terracotta roof looks brand new.

Evan came and sent a quote through for our roof tiles repairs, roof painting, gutter replacements with facia covers and new downpipes. Great company to deal with. From the quote to the completion of the job, Matrix are fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is first class. They did a wonderful job at restoring my terracotta roof to new. The roof had 20 years of built up grime, they spent basically a whole day cleaning all this from my roof. The next day they repointed the entire roof. The roof looks like new. This company is highly recommended.

The work was completed over two days, and the space under the pergola was left cleaner than when they started. Shane even fixed up the guttering for us and now we've got a super weatherproof outdoor space. Very happy.
